Reversible Counter

This is a purpose CNTR(012) operates a reversible counter.The counter PV is incremented by 1 every time that the increment input goes from OFF to ON, and it is decremented by 1 every time that the decrement input goes from OFF to ON. The PV canfluctuate between 0 and the S.The counter number must be between 0000 and 4095.The set value must be between #0000 and 9999
